The Brief

Designed and built by MRLandscapes. Vistas and visual impact for the kitchen diner extension was key to this design. The tired old lawn was removed and new zones were created nestled in by a heavy mix of planting. Vista window frames for height and structure, a circular patio with a cascading sleeper surround, a resin bound path and stepping stone journeys through the garden beds makes this garden one of our favourites. A cleverly positioned multi stemmed silver birch helps bring the garden right into the kitchen and a heady mix of seasonal planting really helps this garden reach its full potential. The outdoor dining area is made on a porcelain stone from Mandarin stone, edged in detail brick work and screened with Prunus Lusitanica pleached trees, which really make this area a serene place to dine.
